Be a slug one day a week.

Don't be pressured into unhealthy stress.

Even if it's your supervisor or colleague who's doing the pressuring. If you're constantly given projects that are impossible to complete without pulling your hair out, doing a slapdash job, or suffering a near stroke for your trouble, speak up. Calmly and firmly tell them it's not nearly enough time to perform the task accurately and professionally. If you're a good competent worker your request should command respect and compliance.
