very satisfying when you can complete a project yourself, without having to resort
to professional help. And that's great. But there are some projects--either because
they're too complex, dangerous, extremely messy, or require several people-you
should simply stay away from. Know what they are. Before you take on a task that
may be out of your league, talk to others who have undertaken a similar project
and learn from their experiences. Or read up about it. It could save you untold
time, trouble and misspent energy. Why make yourself crazy?
Today's Health Headlines Previous Stress Tip Get into shape. Lack of time is no excuse for not exercising. In fact, being in shape will improve your physical and mental capacity to such an extent, you'll probably gain time. And enjoy life more. A regular fitness routine, combined with good eating habits, will keep you leaner, healthier, more energetic. You owe that to yourself. And your family.
