of good. Why make yourself crazy? Today's Health Headlines Previous Stress Tip Find something to be thankful for. Every morning when you wake up, think of something to be grateful for. It could be a person in your life, an ordeal you've persevered through, a successful undertaking, a problem solved. It could something as basic as the roof over your head, the food in your cupboard, the clothes in your closet. Just the fact that you woke up! When you do this, making your first thought a thankful one, it acknowledges things you so easily take for granted. And puts the negatives that usually command your attention...in proper perspective.
